ZTE’s sub-brand nubia has added two new smartphones to its portfolio in India with the launch of the Z11 and N1. The nubia Z11 is a flagship offering that sports a premium all-metal design with an edge-to-edge display. It features a fingerprint sensor, which the brand claims can unlock the phone within 0.1 seconds. The nubia N1, on the other hand, is a mid-range phablet featuring an aircraft-grade aluminium design, a fingerprint sensor, and a beefy battery.

The nubia Z11 flaunts a 5.5-inch full HD display with a layer of Gorilla Glass 4 and a pixel density of 403ppi. The phone boots Android 6.0 Marshmallow with nubia UI 4.0, and comes with FiT Frame interactive technology, which offers interactive edge gestures. It is powered by a 64-bit Snapdragon 820 SoC, mated to an Adreno 530 SoC and beefy 6GB of RAM. It comes with 64GB of internal memory, further expandable up to 200GB by inserting a microSD card.

The nubia Z11 boasts a 16MP primary shooter with a Sony IMX298 sensor, Sapphire Glass IR filter, f/2.0 aperture, optical image stabilisation, 6P lens, NeoVision 6.0, phase detection autofocus, and electronic image stabilisation. For selfies, there’s an 8MP front shooter with Sapphire Glass IR filter, 5P lens, f/2.0 aperture, and 80-degree wide-angle lens. The connectivity features include 4G LTE, CDMA support, USB Type-C port, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, and GPS with GLONASS. A 3,000mAh battery keeps the whole package running. It also gets AKM4376 sound processor, Dolby Surround 7.1 audio output, Hi-Fi+, and Smart PA.

Coming to the nubia N1, the phone features a massive 5,000mAh battery, which the brand claims can deliver three days of regular usage. It gets a 5.5-inch full HD display, and is powered by 1.0GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor, aided by 3GB of RAM and a Mali T860 GPU. For storage, it offers generous 32GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 128GB by inserting a microSD card.

The camera department includes a 13-megapixel primary snapper with an LED flash, phase detection autofocus, f/2.2 aperture and a 5P lens, and a 13-megapixel selfie shooter. Its connectivity features and Android version are the same as the Z11 mini.

The nubia Z11 flagship has been priced at Rs 29,999, and comes in a single black gold hue. The nubia N1 is being offered for Rs 11,999 in gold and silver variants. They will be available exclusively on Amazon India, and registrations for their sales will kick off on December 16th.
